Hope Tariro Enterprises trades as a non-profit company and assists orphaned children in the communal lands of Zimbabwe, who are being raised by a grandparent or elderly member of the community. We also assist widows and their children who are unable to find employment.

Our Function

We primarily spread the gospel of Jesus Christ to those people that we interact with in the communal lands while distributing food to families.

Jesus Christ is the Corner Stone and Grace of our lives.

Our inspiration

Hope Tariro was founded by Barry and Daleen Lenton in 2021, who have been assisting 85 orphaned children living in the Mutoko and Murewa communal lands since 2020. We were overwhelmed by the selflessness and generosity of Grandmothers and other elderly foster parents who gladly take on the responsibility of caring for others when they have so little themselves.

Our Goal

We have since realized the magnitude of orphaned children living with elderly grandmothers and other foster parents in the communal lands and have decided to seek financial assistance so that we can assist more children through Hope Tariro. Mgcini Mpofu has joined us as a director to support and help find assistance, his contribution is greatly appreciated.

If you feel you are being led by God to give to others, we will assist you in your generosity to get food to these children.
